City Square Café of Old Town Manassas, Va. will feature a $39 three-course Uruguayan Mix Grill (Parillada) Dinner on Fri., Aug. 13 at 5:30 p.m. In addition to the delicious cuisine and live entertainment by local artist Zac Quintana, Uruguayan wine can be purchased separately. This Uruguayan feast will include: Fresh Tomatoes w/Fresh Oregano and Olive Oil, Chorizo, Short ribs, Chicken with Bravo Papas and Chimichurri Sauce, and Flan con Dulce de Leche
