We loved the class, which offered poses easy enough for newbies and experienced yoga-goers alike. Hunter showed off moves that can take simple poses to the "next level," but encouraged plenty of relaxation (read: child's pose) for those who found moves too difficult or needed a break from the streaming sunlight.
The follow-up breakfast included signature dishes like Art's famed chicken and waffles, plus egg white fritatta and fresh fruit with house-made granola.
We'd highly recommend this affordable package, available Sundays through the end of summer. Tone, Taste, Tan includes admission to the hotel's 7:30 AM class (free daily for hotel guests), breakfast at Art & Soul and an all-day pass to the luxurious rooftop pool. Non-guests are charged just $50 per person. Reservations are required.
