On Saturday, June 12th,
Bill Martin, owner and operator of
Martin’s
Angus Beef in
Virginia, will join the Butcher’s Block for an early Father’s Day grilling demonstration.
Martin raises top quality meats and will provide burgers and select cuts that
BRABO Chef de Cuisine Chris Watson will grill as part of this demonstration for at-home grill masters.
BRABO wine and beverage director
Leah Dedmon (a fellow Demon Deacon herself!!) will select the perfect beer pairings to be enjoyed with the grilled fare.
Meat selections from Martin’s Angus Beef will be available for purchase during this complimentary demonstration, which will take place between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. on the private patio off of the Lorien Hotel’s Library.
