Luxe Life: High Heeled Art
It's rare that Deacon will acknowledge an unsolicited e-mail that shows up in our inbox, but this Web site actually picqued our interest. It's called High Heeled Art, a theme near and dear to our Louboutin-loving hearts and feet.
Mark Schwartz, painter and shoe designer, has worked with the likes of Roger Vivier and was encouraged to begin painting by none other than Andy Warhol. Today, he makes spec and custom canvases of women's most-loved posessions -- their shoes.
For $175 and up, you can comission Schwartz to paint your favorite pair of Choos or Blahniks in a custom size and style, perfect for decorating an office or dressing area.
We think it's a pretty cool idea - what are your thoughts?
