In Other News: Our First Pro Basketball Game

Normally we leave this blog space to Deacon, but every once in awhile, McLean makes an appearance. We wanted to leave a big thank you to Mike, Mary and Danny for taking us to our first-ever pro basketball game on Monday at Verizon Center.

This is not to say we've never been to a basketball game (we've obviously seen our famed Deacs play once or a hundred times!) but the chance to see legendary players like Shaq take the court was quite an experience.

Let's hope this is only the first of many "new" adventures in this new year!
