Mark Your Calendars: Fall 2011 District Sample Sale Returns With Biggest Venue Ever

Our favorite and largest DC shopping event, The District Sample Sale returns for its 11^th event this fall on Monday, September 26^th. The event will be held at 1919 M Street NW in downtown Washington, DC in the show's biggest location ever.  Drawing top designer women’s boutiques from the District, Maryland and Virginia and with attendees coming from over 20 states to each event. Typical designers that can be found in the racks include Tory Burch, Diane Von Furstenberg, Joie, Milly, Ella Moss, Yoana Baraschi, Shoshanna, James Jeans, 7 for All Mankind, Paige Premium Denim and hundreds more.

Its benefiting charity for fall 2011, WEAVE, is one of the few tax-exempt non-profit organizations in the country that provides comprehensive services to domestic violence survivors.  WEAVE provides counseling and holistic legal services and representation in CPO matters, domestic relations, employment rights, sexual assault legal remedies, LGBT-specific legal services, and immigration. 

  

General Admission tickets are $40, VIP tickets are $100, Benefactress sponsor tickets are $250. VIP and Benefactress guests, limited to 200 shoppers, will receive the coveted DSS paperless goodie bag and will have private access from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. for an hour of bonus shopping with first access to the best designer deals.
