For a subtle look, affix Featherlocks at the nape of the neck toward the front, “so that they show when you want them to be seen. A patterned set of Featherlocks in a shade that closely matches your natural hair color is a great way to be a bit rebellious while still maintaining your boardroom decorum,” said one80 stylist Jordan Pringle.  For a more daring look, she will apply them closer to the crown, using brighter plumes. “Oranges and blues, of course, stand out the most.  Of course, I wouldn’t recommend this if your day job includes reading legal briefs,” says Pringle.
