For the month of August, DC’s Bourbon Steak is highlighting two American favorites—beer and hotdogs. To celebrate the “dog days of summer” Bourbon Steak is offering a bar in lounge menu including an artisanal Red Apron hot dog paired with a cold pint of beer at just $7 when you bark, “Dog Says Dog”!
The Red Apron hot dog is a blend of dry-aged beef and pork spiced with smoke paprika, roasted garlic and coriander. To complement these spicy dogs, Executive Chef Dave Varley dresses them in a unique house-made mustard and pickle relish.
This dog loving offer is available in the bar and lounge Monday-Thursday from 11:30 a.m. – 11:00 p.m., Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 12 a.m., Saturday 5:30 p.m. to 12 a.m., and Sunday from 5:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
