Earlier this week, Moët & Chandon hosted The Rosé Lounge, an invitation-only Summer Series to celebrate the brands Nectar Imperial Rosé.
A trail of rose petals led to the soirée, held at the Deacon fave Liaison Hotel. As dusk settled, lights from the pool illuminated the reflections of guests as they sipped champagne and mingled throughout. Among the list of D.C. notables, including former Miss DC and socialite Kate Michael, Live Nations Angie Gates, Greater Washington Fashion Chamber of Commerce President Christine Brooks-Cropper, Hip-Hop artists Tabi Bonney and Ra the MC, DJ CynnaMixx, and DJ Quick Silver.
The event, billed as a listening party for Rick Ross' latest album, suffered a bit of a letdown when Ross, who was supposed to attend the party as a featured guest, didn't show due to a "family emergency," but our spy reports that event guests still partied late into the night.
