Say Yum: Valentine's Day in the "Sin Den" at CityZen

Looking to make a true statement of your epicurean love and, um, deep pockets? Hit CityZen's "Sin Den" this Valentines Day for an epic menu of romantic treats.

Eric Ziebold is dishing out a six-course tasting menu in the main dining room or the plush "Sin Den," a private cabana-style sitting area, surrounded by mood-enhancing lighting and sheer draperies.

Differing from the menu available in the main restaurant, guests will enjoy include a first-course selection of Lobster with Citrus Relish, followed by Rappahannock River Oysters and three other decedent courses, finishing off with The Lover’s Purse stuffed with caramel, marshmallow, and Valrhona Chocolate.

This amorous experience in the ‘Sin Den’ is priced at $350 for two, exclusive of tax and gratuities. An optional wine pairing is available for $100. The special menu will be offered on February 12, 13 and 14 only, with two limited seatings at 6 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Advance reservations are required, www.cityzenrestaurant.com.
