Need to break out of the spicy tuna roll rut? On March 3, book a rezzie at ZENTAN for a special dinner with Trevor Corson, the only "Sushi Concierge" in the U.S. The five-course dinner will feature signature dishes and sake pairings for $59 per person.
Throughout the dinner, Trevor Corson will discuss the surprising history and secret etiquette of sushi with guests. You'll enjoy shared edamame and the resto's signature Singapore Slaw, followed by authentic sushi including Kanpachi, Ocean Trout, Sweet Shrimp, Sea Scallop, Madai Snapper, Horse Mackerel, Octopus, Eel – Anago, Flounder - Konbujime Hirame and Oshizushi.
