Jump start your diet and detox with a one-on-one consult from the Ritz-Carlton and Sports Club/LA. Part of the hotel's 2010 celebration of their tenth anniversary, you can enjoy a special package combining spa luxury and shaping up.

The "Perfect 10" package starts with a 5 p.m. check-in, followed by a one hour session with a Sports Club/LA certified nutritionist to assess your current eating habits, and develop your 10 month plan to look better, feel better and function better. Friday evening kick back and enjoy an in-room movie and dine in your PJ's with choices from a balanced, wholesome in-room dining menu created by the hotel's Executive Chef David Serus.

Start Saturday with a Spa Fresh breakfast in the hotel’s Lobby CafĂ©, where you'll meet with Sports Club/LA's top personal trainers who will evaluate your health history, lifestyle, and goals to design a personalized program to meet your needs. During two-hour daily workout sessions, you will combine weight training, cardio, and flexibility to optimize your investment in wellbeing.

Your personal trainer will help you define, sculpt, and push yourself to a healthier you in an expansive light-filled space complete with state-of-the-art equipment. Your trainer will also develop a 10 month personalized plan including all of your favorite exercises to help you reach a new level of fitness and wellness in 2010.

Finish your work out with a 50 minute sports massage at The Splash Spa specifically designed to reduce stress and tension, improve flexibility, increase endorphins and help speed recovery from sports activities, daily body abuse, and injuries, along with strengthening the immune system and improving circulation problems.

Reward yourself with a specially planned dinner on the frontlines of Washington’s primo kitchen - Westend Bistro by Eric Ripert - with a heart-healthy “Dinner at the Pass”. The Pass is the marble bar separating Westend’s kitchen from the dining room. You'll be able to plan your Mediterranean-style menu, including ingredients and healthy preferences one-on-one with Chef de Cuisine, Joe Palma.

Relax after dinner with a “Healing Waters” drawn bath by the hotel’s Bath Butler, and enjoy complimentary use of the honor bar, refreshed daily with 10 healthy snacks and beverages. Invest in your mind, body and spirit in 2010 with the Perfect 10 Package.
