DC is on the map! One of only three cities nationwide, DC has been chosen to host a Target To Go pop-up shop on Wisconsin and M today through Sunday. The ease of holiday shopping sans car (or trip to Columbia Heights) is a great allure, but true fashionistas will be lining up early - the pop up gives you first access to the capsule collection for Target by super hot designer Rodarte, not avail in stores until Dec. 20.
