Say Yum: Table 21 - A 21 Course Delight?
Those truly searching for a foodie experience will want to head to Frederick, Maryland and book a reservation at VOLT, the latest creation of Chef Bryan Voltaggio. A four-person custom made steel table set in the restaurant's kitchen is the stage for a 21-course feast named, aptly, Table 21.
For a mere $121 per person, you'll enjoy an experience in molecular gastonomy, including dishes like Nitrogen Frozen Coconut with Vanilla and Lavender as well as Noodles Flavored of Caramelized Onions served with Frozen Foie Gras.
Wine pairings are not included or advised for the 21-course meal. However, VOLT's Sommelier and Cocktail Craftsman Neil Dundee is available to assist with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage selections.
Seatings for Table 21 are as follows: 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday; two seatings on Saturday at 5:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
WOW. Let us know if you try this baby!
