The hottest spot in town tonight is the rooftop bar at the just-opened W hotel. Overlooking much of downtown DC, the spot, called POV, features zebra couches, red banquettes, and hand-made drinks from the bartender at NYC's famed Milk and Honey.
Get there early - the space is bound to fill fast.
