Say Yum: Congrats to DC's own David Guas, Appearing on the Today Show tomorrow
Washingtonians made it big - or at least to New York, because tomorrow, Pastry Chef David Guas (of PassionFood hospitality) is dishing up a New Orleans favorite, beignets, on the fourth hour of The Today Show tomorrow.
So if you're working at home like Deacon, be sure to tune in and watch this famed DC chef demonstrate Baby Buttermilk Beignets and Café au Lait Crème Brûlée.
If you're more into sampling than seeing, check out Guas-inspired dishes at restaurants like Acadiana, Ceiba, DC Coast, TenPenh, PassionFish, and Red Velvet.
This marks his tenth appearance on The Today Show.

Nice to know DC has some serious culinary talent!
Well it's for sure not to say that Guas is the ONLY talent - we've got tons of other greats as well, but it's always great to see our longtime favorites on the small screen, particularly on a national stage!
