Say Yum: Je Adour the St. Regis

Superstar chef Alain Ducasse’s new resto, Adour, opens today in the St. Regis, promising to-die-for sounding French dishes like Diver Day Boat Scallops with salisfy, spinach and black truffle-shellfish jus and butter-poached Maine lobster.

My wallet will be hurting, but my stomach will be full.
