Cocktails are just about the trendiest food in DC these days, and thus it's no surprise that a slew of events are on the horizon. I wanted to highlight a really fun one coming up Thursday evening.
Washington Club is holding their first-ever Cupcake Contest. Aspiring gourmands can whip up batches in three categories (vanilla, chocolate, and wild card) to win top honors. Professional bakeries like Hello Cupcake and Georgetown Cupcake will also be on hand to compete for top honors.
