It’s time to brush up on your cooking skills with one of the summer’s most popular vegetables—fresh tomatoes.
Executive Chef Daniel Giusti and Pastry Chef Travis Olson are inviting guests into the historic kitchen of 1789 Restaurant to learn the in’s and out’s of cooking with fresh tomatoes.
The class will take place on Sunday, August 15 at 11 a.m. and it’s priced at $100 per person. The price includes, a three-course lunch, showcasing the dishes prepared in the cooking class, and a complementing wine from 1789’s award-winning list.
