Jetset: Celebrity Honeymoons - Carrie Underwood & Emily Blunt

Deacon knows a thing or two about luxury - but even he can't always top celebrities, many of whom go over-the-top for their biggest vacation, a honeymoon. That's why we're starting a new occasional blog series about the honeymoon destinations of our fave celeb couples, kicking off the posts with one of our very favorite resorts, CastaDiva (John Krasinski and Emily Blunt) and the luxe Le Taha'a Island Resort & Spa (Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher), also the setting of last night's episode of The Bachelorette. 

CastaDiva 
Once home to Bellini's muse, the former Villa Roccabuna has been re-imagined into a lakeside paradise made up of a main hotel and private surrounding villas. Opened this spring to much fanfare, this resort has already garnered guests like Tyra Banks. US Weekly reports that Krasinski and Blunt spent their wedding night in a $3,000-a-night private villa. We're speculating it was Villa Amina, but will update the post when we get confirmation. We've got extensive deets from our recent trip there in previous blog posts.

Le Taha'a 
Looks like roses are in bloom at Tahiti's Le Taha'a Island Resort & Spa, where celebs Underwood and Fisher are spending their honeymoon. The Bachelorette's Ali spent several weeks there as well, filming her last two episodes of the series.

We know that Ali and crew stayed in the over-water bungalows, and assume that the new Mr. & Mrs. Fisher opted for similarly-private locations. This stunning resort is a member of Relais & Chateaux and offers 60 luxury suites on both Taha'a and Bora Bora plus a world-class spa, and arranged tours to both private pearl and vanilla farms. Given what we saw in both pictures and last night's episode, we cannot wait to schedule a visit.
