This morning's JuliB had a sneak preview of the World Cocktail Week dinner at Proof. Despite the indulgent $145 per person price tag, the end result is very reasonable - five courses and ten (count 'em) cocktails, each prepared by the area's best mixologists. Let's face it - one of each drink would run more than the total meal tab. RSVP soon, space is limited.
