It's Friday's Fancies time! Tonight, Deacon is headed to a work dinner with some hotel execs. We're opting for sophisticated, yet fun, and couldn't help but covet the red of this sleek Lela Rose sheath dress. The silver beading at the bottom adds a dose of fun, and it gave us an excuse to go all metallic with our accessories.
