Through the end of September, try the new 20 bites tasting menu at Poste, offering a special Heirloom Tomato-inspired tasting menu for $85 per person. Enjoy dishes like Stellar Bay Oysters with tomato and basil caviar, a chilled heirloom tomato gazpacho with dijon mustard ice cream, a mini BLT, softshell crab with fried green tomato and green tomato jam and wood grilled bison with tomato salad. An optional Rose progression pairing is available for $40 per person.
